• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, where applicable.

2. Delivery Time

We currently deliver across India.

• Metro Cities: Approximately 2–5 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: Approximately 3–7 business days

• Remote & Certain Serviceable Areas: Approximately 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

• Any applicable free-shipping offer will be clearly mentioned on the website or at checkout.

• We reserve the right to change shipping charges or promotional shipping offers without prior notice.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information through the contact details provided during checkout.

You can use the tracking information to check the current status of your shipment.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

• Street/Area

• State

• PIN code

• Valid contact number

Dirty Rich is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or the recipient being unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Delayed Deliveries

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

• Public holidays

• Courier or logistics issues

• Incorrect address information

• Remote delivery locations

• Regulatory or transportation restrictions

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please check the package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears damaged, leaking, open, or tampered with, we recommend refusing the delivery where possible and contacting us immediately.

If you accept a damaged package, please take clear photographs/videos of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible.

Claims regarding damaged or missing products should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, incomplete, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• Photographs/videos of the package received

• Photographs of the product and shipping label

• Description of the issue

We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.

9. Undeliverable or Returned Orders

If a shipment is returned to us because of repeated failed delivery attempts, incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, or the recipient being unavailable, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

10. Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the order may be subject to additional verification before dispatch.

COD availability may vary depending on the delivery location and order value.

11. International Shipping

At present, Dirty Rich ships within India only, unless otherwise specified on the website.
